WELCOME TO OUR RESTAURANT - AND WELCOME TO LIVE EVENTS!

ARCOBAR IS OPEN for Breakfast & Lunch 7 days a week and for Dinner every night except Sunday night.  We have an extensive outdoor seating area which can accommodate up to 200 people (that includes our undercover balcony area), with plenty of 8 seater picnic tables which have a 3m x 3m all-weather umbrella cover, as well as our brand new sundeck which can accommodate 30 people.  Our expansive indoor restaurant seating area comfortably seats 80 people for dining, and up to 70 people for all live ticketed events.

Please note that we DO NOT take bookings for our outdoor seating area.  There are no bookings required for our indoor seating area (walk ins only) however bookings ARE available for GROUPS of 10 or more (with a deposit).  Bookings are REQUIRED for all ticketed live events, which are generally Saturday nights.

OUR CAFE SECTION is open 7 days a week, with a great selection of freshly made sandwiches & wraps, $14.50 pizza's to go, homemade pastries & cakes, and our much awarded coffee.

ARCOBAR IS PROUD TO HAVE LIVE MUSIC & EVENTS at least 3 days a week, having hosted more than 1000 live shows since 2018.  Please check our LIVE EVENTS page for details.  SATURDAY NIGHTS are our traditional "Dinner & Show" events featuring some of Australia's most loved artists.  We also have FREE live music every Friday evening and every Sunday afternoon, either inside our restaurant or out on the lawns (depending on the weather) - which are family friendly & free.  Details of all our events are listed on our Facebook site and this website.  Our pricing policy is that 100% of the base ticket price for live music goes to the artists.

HEAD CHEF Paul Martin (formerly from both the highly acclaimed White Rabbit restaurant in Brighton & Blue Tongue restaurant in Elwood) continues our simple ethos of “Great, Honest Food”.  Supported by a terrific team of Chefs, including our dedicated Pastry Chef, our selection has never been better.  OUR 2025 MENU has taken inspiration from the tropics, using predominantly local & 100% Australian ingredients, with delicious, seasonal and healthier choice items for our Breakfast and Lunch & Dinner menu. Great value, a great selection, and an ode to our passion for food. 

OUR MUCH ACCLAIMED & AWARDED CLASSICS MENU SELECTION IS STILL JUST $22.50, and includes as complimentary glass of award winning Scotchmans Hill wine or sparkling (or pot of beer or soft drink) with lunch every Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

BREAKFAST SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS is available until 11.30am... Sit on our deck, or bring the dog & the kids and grab a table on the lawn. Our 2025 Breakfast Menu has been crafted by our Chefs to include a great range of healthy and fulfilling meals, including vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options. 

WE HAVE OVER 50 FREE CAR PARKING spots at our front door, including 2 disabled spots with easy wheelchair access, and on-grade access to our restaurant.

COMMUNITY...means so much more in 2025.  This is why we consider it vital to get behind the events that bind our community together.  We are very proud to continue our sponsorship of the Heatherton Netball & Football Club (located in Ross Street Heatherton), as well as Southern United Hockey Club (located in Farm Rd Cheltenham) - with a commitment to support both both Clubs for the next 2 years.  This sees us getting behind both juniors & seniors, as well as the Masters, and of course both the girls & the boys!  Local sport is such a common bond for local families, and arcobar is proud to be a financial supporter.

Hi, I'm Brooke Pollock, the very proud owner of arcobar.  I wanted to express my sincere thanks, appreciation, and show my gratitude to so many people that have supported us in our journey to provide our community with a special place they can proudly call "their own".

As a mum of three young boys, I know how hard the past few years have been.  My philosophy however has always been to "Just Get On With It"… We have never compared ourselves to others, as there is always someone in a better position - and always someone worse off. All we can ever do is to compare ourselves to the standards we believe we can achieve.

Whilst I'm not one for motivational quotes, there are two that I have on the wall in the office here at arcobar; "The Standard You Walk Past Is the Standard You Accept":, and "There Is A Remarkable Difference Between A Commitment Of 99% and 100%".

We have learnt a lot since opening our doors back in April 2018, with the most important being that it is our community who we are here for. Not ourselves.

I would like to give a great big heartfelt "Thank You" to our amazing & hard working kitchen team, our incredible floor staff, our network of local suppliers, all the great artists who choose to play here - and of course to the arcobar community who continue to show up and support us.

The awards are a great recognition for the team, however I am truly humbled by what we have all achieved together.
